Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Products that experience non-human performance failures under normal use within the two-year warranty period;

  • Products that have not been disassembled, modified, or altered without official guidance, and show no other human-caused damage;

  • Valid proof of purchase, invoice, or receipt must be provided.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service:

  • Battery capacity declining to 80% of its original capacity within one year of normal use, or any reduced battery life after one year due to capacity loss;

  • Damage or malfunction caused by human factors unrelated to product quality;

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or non-official operations;

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use not in accordance with the product manual;

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or part replacements;

  • Damage caused by the use of unauthorized third-party products or services (including software);

  • Data loss, damage, or leakage;

  • Product serial number or label is removed, altered, or unreadable;

  • Damage due to force majeure (fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.);

  • Failure to ship the product within 7 calendar days after warranty confirmation;

  • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase.

3. Warranty Fees

All products that meet the warranty conditions will receive free repair services.

4. Warranty Period

Our custom products enjoy a two-year warranty for the entire device. Specific module warranty periods are as follows:

5. Warranty Process

  1. Contact our after-sales team via email (Sales07@tyjtw.com) to confirm warranty eligibility;

  2. Follow instructions to safely package and ship the product to the designated repair center;

  3. Our technical team will inspect the product. If the issue qualifies under warranty, repairs will be made free of charge;

  4. If not covered by warranty, repair costs will be communicated by email and arranged upon confirmation;

  5. After repair, full functionality will be tested and confirmed before returning the product and notifying you of shipment details;

  6. The repair process typically takes 5 to 7 working days;

  7. If repair fees are declined, the product will be returned as-is, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

6. Preparation Before Shipping

  • Back up or delete all data and personal information from the device;

  • If deletion is not possible, encrypt or transform data to ensure it is not legally defined as personal information;

  • Provide device passwords to facilitate technical inspection;

  • Remove all non-original parts, peripherals, and modifications;

  • Ensure the device is free of any legal restrictions or ownership disputes;

  • Remote assistance may be available to diagnose issues and may recommend software updates or shipping the device to a local repair center if necessary.

7. Additional Statements

  • Replaced products or parts become our property; replaced parts may be refurbished but will meet or exceed original performance and enjoy the remaining warranty period;

  • This warranty policy provides additional rights and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable local laws;

  • We assume responsibility for loss or damage to the device when it is under our ownership or during transportation under our responsibility;

  • We are not responsible for data loss or leakage caused by use, repair, or transportation;

  • Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid for the product;

  • By accepting this policy, you authorize us to process relevant personal information for service provision and follow-up contact.
