Because of the bespoke nature of our calculators, standard shipping time is 7–15 business days, depending on the complexity of your order and destination. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we craft a product tailored specifically for you.

Carriers

We work with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. Our system will automatically assign the most suitable carrier based on your shipping address.

Important Notes

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure a valid residential or business address is provided, including house number and phone number.

  • Orders can only be shipped within the country selected at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us before the order ships for correction.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or other issues caused by the customer, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.


Duties and VAT Notice for International Orders

For customers outside the EU, you may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
