This website is operated by TIANYAN. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TIANYAN. TIANYAN offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Welcome to TIANYAN’s custom calculator service. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our custom manufacturing and design services. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

1. Scope of Service

TIANYAN provides end-to-end calculator customization services, including design, mold development, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics. All services are based on the client’s submitted specifications.

2. Order Process

2.1 Clients must submit full specifications, including design files, color schemes, and logo assets.

2.2 A sample will be produced based on your requirements. Mass production begins only after written approval of the sample.

2.3 Order quantity, lead time, and payment terms will be specified in the contract.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 A 30% deposit of the total cost is required before production begins.

3.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

3.3 We accept payment by bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.

4. Delivery & Shipping

4.1 TIANYAN will complete production and arrange shipping according to the agreed delivery schedule.

4.2 Delivery time depends on the destination and chosen logistics method. Risk responsibility will be specified in the agreement.

4.3 TIANYAN is not liable for delays due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, policy changes).

5. After-Sales Service

5.1 If the final products significantly differ from the approved sample, clients may request after-sales support within 7 days of receipt.

5.2 TIANYAN will offer reasonable solutions such as rework or replacement if the issue is verified.

5.3 TIANYAN is not responsible for issues caused by client-side design errors or miscommunication.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All custom content provided by the client, such as logos and designs, remains the intellectual property of the client.

6.2 TIANYAN agrees not to use, disclose, or resell any of the client’s proprietary designs.

6.3 TIANYAN retains rights to any general molds, technical structures, or production techniques developed by us.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Both parties must keep all business and technical information obtained during the collaboration strictly confidential.

7.2 No party may disclose sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TIANYAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Termination

9.1 In case of a serious breach of contract, the other party reserves the right to terminate the service and seek legal remedies.

9.2 All outstanding payments must be settled within 7 days after termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court of jurisdiction where TIANYAN is registered.

11. Design Services Terms

TIANYAN provides custom design services for product casing, packaging, key layout, color matching, and more. By using these services, the client agrees to the following terms:

11.1 Scope of Service

  • Packaging design (logo layout, material recommendations, brand visuals)

  • Product casing and structural design (color, shape, logo positioning)

  • Color matching based on Pantone code or provided samples

  • Key layout and symbol/icon customization per industry requirements

  • 1-on-1 consultation with design revisions included

11.2 Intellectual Property

  • Materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.

  • All original drafts, renders, and packaging layouts created by TIANYAN are transferred to the client upon full payment, with TIANYAN retaining portfolio display rights (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

  • If the project is canceled or not fully paid, TIANYAN retains full rights to the designs, and they may not be used without permission.

11.3 Revisions & Approvals

  • Each design package includes up to three rounds of free revisions; further revisions may incur additional fees.

  • All designs must be confirmed in writing before production. Once the sample is approved, the design is considered final.

11.4 Limitation of Responsibility

  • TIANYAN is not liable for any production errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-approved design files.

  • TIANYAN is not responsible for minor color deviations due to screen-to-material differences. For precise matching, Pantone references are recommended.

11.5 Governing Law

These design service terms carry equal legal weight as the main service agreement and are subject to the same governing law and dispute resolution process.
